It’s a man’s world and fostering sisterly love among female work force can help things.
Nurturing trainers / mentors are a blessing which are really hard to get.
The challenge is to have a family with a successful career.
I have seen female colleagues who had a giving nature and easy going pleasant personality achieving better and no doubt competence remains the key factor in any promotion.
The importance of good health remains same with both men and women with any promotion.
