Forcing NHS whistleblowers out of their jobs is “morally abhorrent and operationally foolish,” the health and social care secretary for England told doctors as he unveiled plans for a new core list of skills for senior NHS managers.
Matt Hancock made the remarks as he told a conference in London that the government would also set up a central database to log the qualifications, experience, and employment history of NHS trust directors in England.
