Two additional points:
Missing breakfast loses an easy source of fibre, a thing we are commonly short of and increasingly seen as important both directly and indirectly via the gut Microbiome and the production of medium chain fatty acids, etc.
Secondly there is increasing evidence that overnight -13 hr - fasting is good for breast and other cancers (1) and with an early start hard to do if eating breakfast. So pros and cons.
