Gender equality at all levels of the NHS workforce will only be achieved if men act as allies to women, a new report has argued.
The report, launched to coincide with International Women’s Day, gathered views from men in senior leadership roles across the NHS.1
It was published by the Health and Care Women Leaders Network, which was created in 2015 to bring together senior and aspiring women leaders.
