How will AI learn to deal with the unique and special context of an individual man, woman or child; with uncertainty; let alone with the nuances of Social Prescribing?

Panek [1] recently wrote a popular account of astrophysicists discovering 96% of the universe is unknowable by us. What hope then for AI either programmed by us or even self-programmed?
