In figure 4 of this paper (BMJ 2018;362:k2505, doi:10.1136/bmj.k2505), the hazard ratios (95% confidence interval) of all cause mortality for lower doses of rivaroxaban and apixaban should have read 1.79 (1.54 to 2.09) and 1.34 (1.13 to 1.58), respectively.
