The vast majority of GP trainees do not intend to work full time in clinical practice once they have qualified, a survey has found.
The survey of 729 trainees, conducted by the King’s Fund,1 found that 21.7% intended to be working full time a year after they qualified, compared with 46.9% who intended to work part time.
