General practice plans need urgent overhaul and extra £2.5bn a year, says RCGP

The Royal College of General Practitioners (RCGP) has called for an extra £2.5bn a year for general practice services and an urgent overhaul of the General Practice Forward View, the five year plan launched two years ago by NHS England amid much fanfare.1
