To the Author,
I am confused at the "Palpable chest secretions on coughing or forced expiratory manoeuvre, persisting over time" you suggested in your article.
During my years of practice, I have noted that it is very difficult for physicians to try to do anything of the sort. Can you please provide any evidence or more details on how it is properly done?
