So, we refuse to offer antibiotics for a patient with a sore throat. What happens later when the patient presents with Scarlet Fever , Rheumatic Fever and all the complications that then ensue?

The patient may not always be right but, in hindsight, he may have been.

We need to disrobe ourselves of the cloak of arrogant certainty .
