Prominent UK medical bodies are to publish new guidance on reflective practice in response to concerns following the Hadiza Bawa-Garba case.
The General Medical Council, Academy of Medical Royal Colleges, Conference of Postgraduate Medical Deans, and Medical Schools Council will develop joint guidance to be published later this year.
