Re: GMC’s wellbeing review aims to tackle doctors’ workplace stresses

I trust that this Review will shine an independent mirror on the GMC charity's own record in terms of contributing to the 'poor wellbeing' - and far worse - of doctors. And that the charity will act accordingly and be part of a collaborative and sustainable effort with such organisations as NHS England, Health Education England, Medical Schools Council and Academy of Medical Royal Colleges to reduce the increasingly 'hostile environment' in which so many good and caring people are struggling, burning out, becoming ill or jumping off what Margaret McCartney describes as an 'NHS in terminal decline' (1).
