What’s this about? There’s no such thing as a free lunch, or breakfast for that matter

There is if you’re a junior doctor who has just come off a night shift at Northampton General Hospital. Since August the trust has been offering all trainees the chance to tuck into bacon and eggs after a night shift for free.
