There was an error in the forest plots (figures 1, 3 and 4) in this Research paper (BMJ 2018;360:j5855, doi:10.1136/bmj.j5855). In each case, the central point of the x axis, marked by the solid vertical line, should be “1” rather than “0.” The PDF for the paper has been amended.
