CCGs are right to block this. GP at hand gets capitation funding and seems to cherry pick well patients, specifically disinviting patients with multimorbidity.

The whole basis of the capitation based contract depends on practices getting a fair distribution of patients, and they are not!

The BMA should really stand up to this.
