Rx for Flu: Lemons & Limes
We live in the post-antibiotic era of superbugs and superinfections. In my experience, both often respond to organic, fresh-squeezed lemon or lime juice. Both lemons and limes are excellent sources of Vitamin C, and both are natural antibiotics and antiviral agents. I recommend 1/4 tsp of lemon or lime juice in a large glass of water 3 times a day for 1-2 weeks. To quote Hippocrates, "Let food be your medicine."
