Tessa Richards rightly calls for a very personalised model of health care delivery akin to a personalised, custom made, beautifully tailored wardrobe.

But NHS and other healthcare systems use McDonald's type 'restricted menu' service since it is a highly efficient and cost effective model of delivery.

There is a dire need for personalised but cost efficient health care with the help of new technology.
