Is this the annual “bonkers calls to 999” story?

Like the woman who called the ambulance service to find out whether the green part of a potato was poisonous? Unfortunately not, as I enjoy reading about the stupidity of the great unwashed. This is about NHS England overhauling the 999 response service.
