A snoring child - typographical error

Thank you Dr Mayfield for the above comment regarding 'intranasal montelukast'. You are correct - this was a typographical error made during the editing process.

The sentence should read: “These children often undergo adenotonsillectomy, although there is emerging evidence that watchful waiting, intranasal steroids, and oral montelukast might be effective alternatives to adenotonsillectomy in some circumstances.”

I believe a correction has been issued. Our apologies for the oversight.
