Resuscitation policy should focus on the patient, not the decision

Thank you for making these findings available for public reading. End of life and advanced decision / requests need to become a norm. As an individual, and in mind to help and minimise ethical dilemmas for health care professionals, I feel very strongly that individuals should be encouraged, after impartial discussion, to put in writing their Advance Choices in view to Resuscitation and life prolonging treatments.
