The article reiterates the fact of large-scale off label prescribing of tricyclics by primary care doctors in many countries, but it failed to mention the dosage of the drug mostly used by them, whether for common disorders (? somatoform) presenting as "pain" were prescribed, and the levels of patients' satisfaction during the use of this drug.
