Junior doctors announce five days of full strike action

Junior doctors in England will take five consecutive days of full strike action in September, the BMA has said.
Junior doctors will stage a full withdrawal of labour for five days, between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm, from Monday 12 September to Friday 16 September, the association said. The action will be followed by further dates that are yet to be confirmed. The action was announced after the plans were approved by BMA Council.
