NICE recommends ticagrelor with aspirin for three years post-MI

Patients who have had a myocardial infarction (MI) should be given a low dose of the anti-clotting drug ticagrelor (Brilique) together with aspirin for as long as three years, new draft guidance from the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) says.1
