The number of distinguished (and not yet distinguished) doctors and others asking the BMJ to change its policy is impressive.

May I suggest that these gentlemen and women should start a JOURNAL OF QUALITATIVE RESEARCH IN MEDICINE?

If its articles get indexed in Medline, etc, it will flourish. The BMJ might even buy it out.
