Netherlands tops European healthcare index

The Netherlands has been ranked as the most consumer friendly healthcare system in Europe in the latest annual Euro Health Consumer Index (EHCI), scoring 916 points out of a possible 1000.1 The UK came in 14th position—one place below the Czech Republic—in the survey of 35 countries.
