" MINDFULNESS MEDITATION FOR ALL ! "
===================================

Unidentified and untreated ' depression ' as a symptom or a sign or a disease is planet-wide, exempts neither age nor gender and bestows catastrophic suffering. Can we be happy about the efforts to alleviate this humongous calamity affecting humanity ?

The results are humbling.

There is no substitute for innovation.

The time has come to explore and investigate the place of mindfulness meditation - almost as a universal activity entity - to relieve the suffering of 'depression' among human beings.
