On one side, it is promising to note that eminent researchers recognize the relevance of translating research into policies, but, on the other side, it is disappointing to see the interference from Government as stated in the article. In this, civil society movements also can play a major role. That should also be a part of lobbying and advocacy. Governments cannot ignore accountability to people
