Neurological services need urgent attention, say MPs

People with neurological conditions in England are being neglected and there are too many examples of poor care across the country, MPs on the parliamentary public accounts committee have said.
The committee published a report on 26 February about the progress that had been made since its predecessor committee reported on the issue in 2012.1 The committee made recommendations to improve care for people with conditions such as Parkinson’s disease, motor neurone disease, and epilepsy.
