Though it is very welcome to see studies addressing the risks of polypharmacy, I don't think the study design is able to support the conclusion that the interaction of antidepressants plus NSAID increases the risk of ICH.

All the patients in the study were prescribed an antidepressant and there was no control group of patients prescribed an NSAID but not an antidepressant.

Hence the observed increase in ICH risk with NSAID could be entirely due to the effect of NSAID alone.
