This might be a good idea, if there were not a problem with antimicrobial infection. Sadly there is.
Regarding the suggestion of ciprofloxacin as a first choice, where does pseudomembranous colitis (which can be precipitated by broad spectrum antibiotics) fit into the safety CASE assessment?
