Stop trying to integrate organisations

If I ruled the NHS I would value and take care of my frontline workforce. I would let them show me how good they were and not forever tell them how bad or inadequate they were. I would not perversely incentivise them, and I would not bully them. I would restore their trust and goodwill in return for a cull of bureaucracy and an end to hyper-regulation, which as with hyper-inflation can lead only to bad things. …
