Rewarding GPs for patient experience
GPs should be allowed to provide good quality patient centred care to encourage a person centred NHS

I agree with Greenfield that patient centred care is a crucial facet of general practice and that the confines of 10 minute consultations are incongruous with the demands of modern primary care, but the proposed solution is erroneous.1
