A doctor who stole prescription forms from the hospital where he worked and used them to obtain sildenafil (Viagra) because he was too embarrassed to ask his GP has been struck off by a fitness to practise panel at the Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service in Manchester.
Mansoor Mohammed Kassim, 37, who qualified in India, had worked for the NHS for eight years when he took up a post with Aneurin Bevan University Health Board in Wales as a trauma and orthopaedic clinical fellow in February 2013.
