The drug company Servier Laboratories has been found to have breached the UK industry’s code of practice for failing to disclose details of clinical trials within the required timeframe.1
The Prescription Medicines Code of Practice Authority also found that the French company’s failure to disclose some of its trial results had brought discredit on and reduced confidence in the drug industry.
