Health and sickness are familial, and both often relate back to genetic predisposition. But what is genetics? Basically, genetics studies how DNA affects our hereditary sensitivity to diet, toxins, and addictions. So when we detect familial tendencies of health or sickness, we should ascertain patterns of dietary, toxic, or addictive factors. Let’s translate medical jargon into practical terms. Otherwise, healthcare is just "lab-oratory."
