Re: Spontaneous pneumothorax

Dear Sir;

It is interesting that bedside ultrasound is not mentioned by the author in the section on diagnosis of spontaneous pneumothorax. It is more sensitive than the author's preferred method (chest x-ray),quicker and of course involves no ionising radiation.
