Re: Spontaneous pneumothorax

I would like to point out that the initial management algorithm for spontaneous pneumothorax (Fig 2) contains a typographical error (which might lead to confusion or mismanagement).

For those with suspected secondary pneumothorax, the algorithm states that if the size of the pneumothorax is LESS than 2cm the patient requires chest drain insertion.

This should be if the size is MORE than 2cm.
