Struck-off doctor refuses to attend “farcical” regulatory hearing

A locum psychiatrist has been struck off the medical register for failing to inform a 2012 fitness to practise hearing into her workplace behaviour about a further incident that had led to her suspension from work. She refused to attend the latest hearing, saying “I refuse to validate this farce . . . by giving it my time or money.”
