I suppose that if Duncan Selbie is relaxed about what's going on, then there's nothing for the rest of us to worry about. The definition of 'public health' has always been flexibly applied, of course, and I wonder how long it will take someone to realise that staff engaged in the prevention of paediatric trauma in roads outside schools (like me) could be paid from public health ring fenced funds.
