Dear Sirs,

May we suggest assessing Mr Bond for referral to his local smoking cessation service for comprehensive assessment of all modifiable risk factors. It is common knowledge that cigarette smoking increases exponentially with rising alcohol intake, mostly during the acute intoxication phase.

Failing that, perhaps a yellow board could be sent to Q at Special Branch for customisation of an electronic cigarette.
