Affordable Care Act’s lower than projected premiums will save $190bn more over decade, report says

The Affordable Care Act is on track to save $190bn (£120bn; €140bn) more than predicted, because intense price competition on the new health insurance exchanges has driven premium prices well below earlier projections, a new report says.1
