Clearly, there is a duty imposed on society as a whole, and certainly not just the medical profession, to ensure that account is taken of this particular form of evidence based exhortation and that urgent and active consideration is given, with due regard given to the competing demands placed upon the limited resources available not least in these times of austerity, so that a timely and robust solution may be found without undue further delay, perhaps.
