Disappointingly, but perhaps not surprisingly, this doesn't really seem to add much, and won't change anything. Quite possibly, though, that's not a bad thing. Unless I missed the point, the 'do nothing' approach, ie giving advice to return if symptoms get worse, wasn't included, and I wondered why not.
