Repository needed to improve access to drug company documents, conference hears

Internal documents from drug companies are harder to access than those from tobacco companies, delegates heard this week at the Seventh International Congress on Peer Review and Biomedical Publication in Chicago.
Presenting research at the conference, Kay Dickersin, of Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and the Cochrane Collaboration, said that a public repository was needed to improve access to internal company documents that may be relevant to healthcare.
