Medical overdiagnosis and polypharmacy are the prescribed poisoned chalice of a non-holistic medical model, which reflexively equates healthcare with pharmaceuticals. Since life is metabolism, and since metabolism depends on food and water, why do doctors ignore the commonsense issue of diet? Is it because medical research and education, both of which are financially supported by Big Pharma, focus exclusively on pharmaceuticals? (1) (2)
