Yet another report into Tameside Hospital NHS Foundation Trust in Greater Manchester has identified failings and concluded that patient care needs urgent improvement.
The latest report by the health and social care regulator in England, the Care Quality Commission (CQC), comes on the eve of the Keogh review into high death rates at 14 trusts, including Tameside.1
