How will the "Nicholson Challenge" - required savings by the revised NHS of 20 billion pounds - be met following the highlighting of some "inconvenient truths" by the Francis Report and calls for "zero tolerance" for patient harm in the future? It seems Sir David is to keep his post as Chief Executive in the NHS but the media seem to have gone silent on his challenge.
