Trained at the Westminster Hospital, the National Hospital Queen Square, and later at St George’s and Atkinson Morley, Frank became the first consultant neurologist at Charing Cross Hospital in 1965 and soon achieved an outstanding reputation as a clinical teacher and caring consultant.
