Germany drafts new law to make GPs subject to bribery legislation

Germany’s health minister, Daniel Bahr, has announced plans to draft a new bribery and corruption law aimed at doctors who run their own practices, with doctors who are found guilty in the most extreme cases facing fines and up to three years in prison.
