The article states that a more specific description of the exercises can be found in the appendix on BMJ (1st paragraph Page 3/9).
Despite spending 10 min looking for the said appendix I have had no luck locating it.
I would love to have a read of a specific description of the techniques utilised for treatment.
Any help please? Anywhere else I could find those?
